People young and old really need to see how relapsing can bring one to his knees.

There are many ways to relapse, there are six to be exact. 

People, places, feelings, beliefs, circumstances and thoughts are their names and bringing one down as their game. 

But to overcome, one must know the seven words to get you through the hard times. 

So ask yourself, “Will this meet my needs over time?”

Now that’s a wrap I’ll close this out, so I hope you can choose not to relax and go back to that 6×9 to hang your hat.

Hello my name is Anthony Black 854410. I am 43 years old and I’ve been down for 26 years on a life sentence and I see parole in three and a half years.
